When I ran out of lemons, I used extra vinegar and it was still marvelous. It's also very easy, and amenable to tweaks. It elevates plain greens to a fancy salad. This creates a perfect alchemical balance among the oil, acid, sweetness, and bite. It needed more honey than it said but I kept tasting til perfect! I used Mike’s hot honey instead of the hot sauce & regular honey!!!įabulous dressing, easy to make, fresh and tangy. I alternate using champagne vinaigrette or white balsamic vinaigrette depending on what's in the cupboard. I love this recipe but use less than 1/2 the honey that's called for. Never again! Easy to make, so fresh and creamy. ![]() Found this recipe and decided to give it a try. Recently had a champagne vinaigrette at a restaurant. OH, add about 3-5 grape tomatoes, if blending. Chopped fresh parsley add a brightness to it. I like to use avocado oil, but a good olive oil is great. ![]() About a half to one teaspoon of dried onion flakes. I don't like it sweet.only 1 dash of hot sauce plus a pinch of red pepper flakes.
